1. How to Terminate an Order

Include your order number, full name, and reason for termination in your request.

2. Termination Timeframe

  • Prior to Dispatch: Orders can be terminated before they are processed for shipment. In the case of prepaid orders, if your order is terminated within this timeframe, you will receive a complete reimbursement.
  • Post-Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be terminated. However, you may initiate a return upon receiving the item (please refer to our Return Policy for details).

3. Tailored or Bulk Orders

For tailored or bulk wholesale orders, terminations may not be feasible once production or processing has commenced. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.

4. Reimbursements for Terminated Orders

If your order is successfully terminated, you will receive a complete reimbursement to the original payment method.

Reimbursements typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Orders We May Terminate

MySmartiee reserves the right to terminate an order under the following circumstances:

  • The item is out of stock or unavailable.
  • There are issues with payment processing.
  • The shipping address provided is incomplete or invalid.
  • The order is flagged as potentially fraudulent.

If we terminate your order, you will be notified via email, and a complete reimbursement will be issued promptly.
