- Your orders are typically prepared for dispatch within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM (IST) or during weekends/holidays will be scheduled for processing on the subsequent business day.
- Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp and email, complete with tracking details.
- Delivery timelines are dependent on your location and are generally as follows:
- Chennai, Chengalpattu, Kancheepuram: 1-2 business days
- All-over in Tamilnadu: 2-3 business days
- Other Indian States: 4-7 business days
- Jammu & Kashmir, North Eastern States, Andaman & Nicobar Islands: 5-10 business days
- We are delighted to offer complimentary shipping on all orders exceeding Rs. 495/-.
- For orders below Rs. 495/-, a modest shipping charge of Rs. 50/- will be applied.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will incur a flat fee of Rs. 100/-, regardless of the order value.
- We currently provide shipping services throughout India.
- Please note that we do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a WhatsApp message and an email containing your tracking information.
- You can use this to monitor your shipment’s progress directly on the carrier’s website.
